Medpack is the way to streamline your prescriptions by receiving them prepackaged in individual doses, right to your door. Medpack takes the worry and hassle out of prescriptions. Our licensed pharmacists will package your prescriptions into individual packets with the date and time to take the prescription, making it as easy as possible to keep your medication on track.

How much does Medpack cost?

Medpack is provided as a service to our Torrance Pharmacy patients. There are no additional costs involved. You simply pay what you’ve always paid for your prescriptions. Delivery is free – you simply pay your usual co-pays.

How much will my co-pays be?

Your co-pays should stay the same as they currently are. Co-pays are set by your insurance company, so even if you switch pharmacies to take advantage of Medpack, they should remain the same.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, and your co-pays are the same as any local retail pharmacy.

What if I travel regularly?

Medpack can go where you go. As long as you live in a covered state, we can ship your Medpack to you wherever you may go.

Will you split my pills for me?

Yes, our licensed pharmacists can.

How does Medpack manage my refills?

Your prescriptions will be automatically refilled. We stay in touch with your insurance and doctors, and refill your prescription automatically. It will be delivered to your door before your previous Medpack runs out.

I am out of medication - can my next Medpack be sent right away?

Yes, prescriptions can be sent right away by contacting us.

What else can be included in my Medpack besides prescription medications?

You can include over-the-counter medications, vitamins, inhalers, supplements and more in your Medpack.

How do I receive “as-needed” medications?

“As needed” medications can be included in any Medpack, however they will be sent in a standard pill bottle rather than the individual packets that your other prescriptions will be in.

I am a caregiver - can I sign up my loved one?

Yes – signing up your loved one is easy. Be sure to have their insurance, doctor, and current pharmacy information on hand.

How is my medication delivered?

Medication is delivered by either UPS/Fedex or hand delivered in discreet boxes. Packages should arrive about a week before your medication start date. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. If a package is lost in transit, we will overnight a new one to you at no cost to you.

How can I be sure my medication is accurate?

We employ multiple quality assurance checkpoints to guarantee accuracy of every delivery. Our licensed pharmacists, technicians, and advanced computer programming ensure you will receive the right medications in the correct doses.

What if my medication needs prior authorization?

We work directly with your doctor and insurance company to ensure your medications are authorized. If something else is needed from you, such as a visit to your doctor, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
