Q: I’m a new patient. How does the billing cycle work?

Welcome to Torrance Pharmacy LTC! Once we receive your completed enrollment forms, we’ll begin processing and delivering your medications. Any out-of-pocket costs you incur during the current month will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month, and sent via email to your designated Responsible Party.

Q: What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most Medicare Part D plans, including Tricare, and many other third-party insurances. If you’re unsure whether we’re in-network, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.

Q: Can I make payments online?

Yes! You can make secure online payments by visiting:

Click on “Make Payment” to pay as a guest, or create an account to save your information and set up Auto-Pay. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH and Zelle.

Q: What other payment methods are accepted?

In addition to online payments, we accept:

  • Credit/debit card payments over the phone
  • Checks and money orders by mail
  • To reduce contact and processing delays, we strongly encourage using our online portal whenever possible.

Q: Do you offer price matching?

We’re proud to offer competitive pricing on Over-The-Counter (OTC) items. Just send us a copy of the competitor’s receipt, and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.

Please note: Prescription copays set by your insurance cannot be adjusted. We do not charge extra for bubble-packaging or delivery.
