How does Torrance Med Pack work?
Getting started with your Med Pack is easy. You just need your insurance and prescription information and leave the rest to us.
1. Sign up online or by phone.
Getting your MedPack set up is quick and easy. We’ll gather the information we need to fill your prescriptions, as well as your insurance information, current pharmacy and doctor information. Please be sure you have this information ready when starting, and the process should only take about 15 minutes.
2. Customize your MedPack.
Once we have your information, we’ll verify your prescriptions and then contact you to begin your MedPack customization. This allows you to:
- Choose the times you like to take each dose.
- Add any over-the-counter medications, supplements or vitamins, or additional items such as inhalers or solutions.
3. Your MedPack will be verified and perfected.
Your MedPack is tailored to your individual needs. Every dose is verified by our licensed pharmacists, and our computerized processing system ensures the highest level of accuracy. Your health and safety is our number one priority.
4. Deliver right to your door, for free.
We ensure your MedPack will arrive before your start date, so you will never have to run out of medication. And you never have to worry about waiting in line at the pharmacy. Everything will be delivered directly to your door.
5. Refill automatically.
Never worry about running out of medication with automatic refills. We work directly with your doctor and insurance to ensure we always have the most updated information. Your MedPack will be delivered to your door before your previous one runs out.
